New equipment, clean and comfortable. Friendly coach !! Look for mun loong the hulk, Kelvin Cullen the Malaysia Louis koo and Jo the 5 star chef!!!! Btw they do have very tasty chicken clean for diet ! Do look out for chicken clean as well!

Savage Gears but in Damansara(plus more parking lot and easy bus access(via bus 802 and T808) and MRT(around 20min walk do be aware of road crossing) …

I was on business trip few days ago and I was lucky to found this gym nearby where I stayed. They accept walk in customer and the fee is Rm20. The space is not that big but their equipment are well maintained and it’s more than enough. Highly recommend !

Probably one of the best old school gyms in Kota Damansara/PJ area. 3 floors of various machines to choose from to do your workouts. Dedicated coaches to ensure you're working out with the right postures and all. Their monthly membership fees is reasonable. Def would recommend.

Nice gym. Friendly staff and owner. Complete equipments for training with affordable price. The gym just renovated and added some new equipments for workout. And it just RM80 per mth if u subscribe yearly membership.

Nice clean gym that is fully equipped and affordable. Staff are friendly. However, it is narrow so it’s not very spacious. The equipment are split into 3 floors so you have to go up and down during ur workout. I hope they have the budget to renovate or get a new space because its really great if it weren't for the cramped space.
