Came for true intention of buying but the SA’s attitude was far off. He was busy fixing his tie and facing the mirror when talking to us. We were happy to leave and take business someplace else.

I’m kinda disappointed on your SA service, was inquiring about bracelet removal, but seems he is not interested in this due to not buying. Was interested to get BB for my wife that time for our anniversary, end up ruined my mood due to this attitude. Perhaps your SA only entertain those Asian kids more. Good luck on your business .

I would give no star if this is possible. The customer service here is terrible, i walked in and was standing there with nobody attended to, despite having a sales assistant there serving someone else. There is no eye contact with me asking me to wait, but rather pretended im not there and let me standing. Is this how a customer service should be? And minutes later, another customer came in and the sales assistant attended to him and even called her colleague in the back room. I wonder why...

Staff does not really care about customer service. Probably they are sizing people based on appearance, very bad customer service. Used to a loyal customer, don't think will come back
