The staff at this Watsons branch are always friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful—especially Amira, who went above and beyond when I visited on 14 April 2025. Their excellent customer service is the main reason I prefer to shop here rather than buying online or from other more convenient pharmacies.

store was messy with lots of empty shelves. staffs were not present and were hiding in the back room. only left the cashier and 1 part timer who didn't seem to know anything

Visited at 3pm, 8 Oct - 2-3 staffs were on duty but all were grouped together chatting in the store room. No cashier, no guard, no employee on selling floor at all. Customer had to knock on the store room door to alert the staff there were queue at cashier
