I came here to do remittance. Unfortunately the lazy there was very lazy. She refused to do transaction without my passport - my passport is still in immigration. I said I have a soft copy and I can email to her and she just said CANNOT. So lazy!!!

Pathetic service. With rules not to exchange more that USD300. If we ask for MYR they say no enough MYR and same for the dollars.

We needed cash for emergency to pay for the hospital and they refused to exchange the money and it’s so late and they tell us to go to another location across the city. Do not come here

Staff is very rude and lazy. Also they don't accept anything less than $100 which is ridiculous for a foreign exchange bureau. Avoid completely if you can, most places accept cash and even then theres better places to change your money. Absolutely ridiculous 0/10.
