As a walkin customer, we need to wait outside. After we wait for a long time, then only the staff announce that the in-house guests are prioritized, ok fine it is normal, but walk in customer need to wait wait wait wait until the in-house guests finished their meal. Crazy.....

I need to make reservations for the breakfast buffet, but unfortunately, there’s no walk-in option. When I approached the entrance, the staff at the door refused to let me in and questioned me about the availability of walk-in seating. Their attitude was quite rude, and they were more focused on promoting the buffet dinner.
