Walked into the Wilson store in trx …guess I missed the memo that customers are invisible. Staff seemed more interested in observing than actually helping. A little friendliness won’t break your business, I promise. But hey, if picking and choosing customers is the strategy maybe just skip opening a store in KL altogether?
