Dolly Dim Sum's Suria KLCC outlet on Level 4 is still serving the 69th Merdeka Bundle through 7 September 2026. The Star and the restaurant's own channels price it at RM69++ for five dishes. Suria KLCC posted the same offer on 1 September. If you want that set in this building, you have Sunday left, then it is gone.
The five dishes, named
The Star's 20 August food desk listed the plate clearly, and Dolly's own Merdeka graphic matches it.
- Salted Fish Fried Rice. The Ikan Masin plate, with a tiny Jalur Gemilang stuck in the mound if you order the promo plating.
- Sugarcane Chicken Drumettes. The Tebu item, three pieces on a long dish.
- Sweet and Sour Beancurd Skin Roll. Masam Manis, in a bamboo steamer.
- Black Pepper Beef Puff. Lada Hitam, three golden puffs.
- Durian Mochi. The dessert, white orbs with a yellow centre.
Add a mocktail for RM6.90++, one per set. The two options are Calamansi Assam Bliss and Lemongrass Jasmine Iced Tea. Dine-in only. Not valid with other discounts, reward cards, vouchers or existing set menus. Price is plus 10% service charge and 6% SST. Dolly is a homegrown, halal-certified chain. The KLCC room is Lots 426-428 on the 4th floor, daily 10:45am to 10:00pm on the outlet listing, last order earlier on busy nights.

Those are mall claims. Confirm the live menu at each counter. A Facebook carousel is not a contract. Dolly's dates are the ones with the tightest deadline this weekend.
Who this set is for
Two people who want a Malaysian-flavoured dim sum lunch without building a full cart from the a la carte. It is not a banquet. Durian mochi will split the table. If anyone at yours hates durian, say so before the steamer lands. Level 4 is the dining floor, a lift ride above the luxury loop, which is the right place for this meal and the wrong place if you expected a Ground Floor grab-and-go.
The Star noted Dolly has a dozen Klang Valley restaurants plus outstations. The KLCC branch is the one under the towers. That is the only outlet this site covers.
