Ralph's Coffee is open at Lot OS103 on Level 1 of Suria KLCC, directly in front of the Ralph Lauren boutique at Lot 112. The café is the brand's second in Malaysia after Pavilion Kuala Lumpur in 2022. A 23 September 2026 launch event marked the opening, and both lots are trading now.
That placement is the whole point of a KLCC stop. You can sit with a cup facing the store, then walk a few metres into Polo or the new Purple Label rails. Level 1 is the luxury floor under the Petronas Twin Towers, so this is not a hidden concourse kiosk.
Hours that beat the 10am retail open
Pamper.My, The Highlighter, JetSet and Gentleman's Codes all list Ralph's Coffee daily from 8.30am to 10pm. The neighbouring Ralph Lauren store at Lot 112 is 10am to 10pm. That 90-minute gap is the useful local detail. If you work nearby or you arrive on the Kelana Jaya Line before the boutiques unlock, this is one of the few Level 1 seats that is supposed to be pouring coffee while the rest of the floor is still dark.
Ralph Lauren Malaysia's store locator currently shows 10.00am to 10.00pm for Ralph's Coffee Suria KLCC, the same window as the boutique. Treat 8.30am as the figure the launch coverage published, and check the door the morning you go. The locator does confirm the lot number and the 50088 Kuala Lumpur City Centre address.
The KLCC-only fizz, and two priced drinks
The house blends use Central and South American beans roasted in Malaysia. That local roast line appears in Highlighter, JetSet and Pamper, so it is not a one-blog flourish. Beside espresso drinks there are cakes, pastries and a small food plate, plus Ralph's Coffee cups, caps and other café merch on the shelves.
The drink written for this mall is the KLCC Exclusive Mango Cold Foam Fizz. It is not on the Pavilion menu. Mango and cold foam sit on a fizzy base, which is a tropical detour from the usual Ralph's Coffee espresso list. If you only have time for one order that you cannot repeat at Pavilion, this is it.
Gentleman's Codes published two prices from a tasting visit. Ralph's Coffee is RM20. The Uji Matcha Latte is RM30. Those are the only public ringgit figures I could lock to a named drink. Ask at the counter for the rest of the board. A pastry tray of cookies and cakes is on display; Pamper photographed the spread, without individual prices.
Through October 2026, Ralph Lauren's Pink Pony campaign also puts a Pink Pony Latte on the menu at select Ralph's Coffee locations. Staff at Suria can tell you if this café is pouring it. Global Day of Shopping on 17 October donates 5% of Ralph Lauren purchases that day; that is a store fact, not a café one.
Lot 112 now carries Purple Label
The café opening landed with an expansion of the Ralph Lauren store next door. Lot 112 now stocks selected men's Purple Label pieces on top of men's and women's Polo Ralph Lauren. Purple Label is the house's top tailoring line. Seeing it at Suria KLCC matters if you previously had to look for it at other Malaysian doors.
Do not mix this up with Lauren Ralph Lauren inside Isetan KLCC on the same mall's first floor. That is a separate concession on the Ralph Lauren Malaysia store list. Lot 112 is the standalone boutique facing Ralph's Coffee.
Suria KLCC's own What's Hot and Promotions pages had not posted a dedicated Ralph's Coffee item by 4 October 2026. The mall site last refreshed mid-September. Nearest rail is KLCC LRT on the Kelana Jaya Line, which opens into the mall. From the station, Level 1 is one floor up from Ground. Paid parking is in the KLCC basement; follow signs for Suria, then take the lift to L1 and look for the Ralph Lauren frontage. The café is the outdoor-style lot immediately in front of the store, numbered OS103.
