Jaclyn Victor's first solo concert with the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra is Saturday 17 October 2026 at 8pm. The hall is Dewan Filharmonik PETRONAS on Level 2 of Tower Two, inside the PETRONAS Twin Towers, 国油双峰塔. You reach it through Suria KLCC, 阳光广场, or straight off KLCC LRT.
This is the local Saturday that is not a mall promo. The hall sits in Tower Two, not a Suria atrium. The set is 90 minutes. Ahmad Muriz Che Rose conducts. Tickets are still listed on the MPO season page.
What she is actually singing
She told Malay Mail after the DFP press conference that the night runs about 20 songs. The Malay titles she named are Gemilang, Ikut Rentakku, Di Bawah Pohon Asmara, Tiada Lagi Indah and Beribu Sesalan. She is not dropping the original keys on the older hits. That is her line, not a publicist's.
Muriz pushed her into Italian opera for this hall. She is taking on O Mio Babbino Caro and Time to Say Goodbye. She has sung with the MPO as a guest three times. This is the first night with her name on the masthead. The Peak later added Chong Bai, the Fish Leong song she sang on Singer 2026 Malaysia, plus an English-language medley. Other titles in the Malay Mail write-up: Tunggu Sekejap, When I Fall In Love, Superwoman, Diamonds Are Forever and Defying Gravity.
Arrangers credited at the briefing: Aubrey Suwito, Luqman Aziz, Gerard Salonga, Shahhakam Mokhtar, Teuku Umar Ilany, Leonard Yeap and Muriz himself. Outfits are Rizman Ruzaini. The Peak put the orchestra at 65 players for this date.
Tickets, dress, and the walk from the mall
The MPO site prices general seats at RM249, RM299, RM349 and RM399. Suites are RM449 and RM499 a seat and include light refreshments. Online checkout adds RM5 a ticket and 3.5% on the payment. MyKad holders get 10% with code MYKAD10. Senior citizens get 15% with SENIOR15. Those codes do not stack. Student tickets are box office only, with a student ID.
Children under 8 are not allowed in the hall. Dress is smart casual. The house list of no: torn jeans, shorts, collarless t-shirts, sweatshirts, singlets, sports kit, slippers, flip-flops. DFP sits on Level 2, Tower Two. From Suria you are already in the podium. From KLCC LRT it is the same concourse as the mall. After 8pm the Esplanade fountain on Taman KLCC is still running its light-and-sound sets. If you want dinner in the mall first, leave time. The hall does not wait.
A 20% discount applies if you buy a Locals package of at least three concerts. This date is tagged Locals on the season grid. I would not count on cheap leftover seats on the day. DFP Saturday 8pm is the one locals actually dress for.
The Peak ran the portraits in the empty hall in October. That is the room you sit in. Wood, organ, music stands. It is not the Centre Court Christmas tree and it is not Ombak. Galeri PETRONAS left Suria in July. Do not look for it on Level 3.
