Self service counter is making them more inefficient and confusing . Staff can't communicate properly. The new design store is bad.

The new layout of the store is really inconvenient. Now kids have to be carried in order to see the various ice cream flavours available as the tubs have become like a top loading washing machine, hidden from easy viewing. Toppings are tucked far away. Don't want the competitors to see your ice cream is it? 😂 …
