The chain has been in operation for decades now and it seems more of a "fast food" restaurant as of late. It does have fast serving time as well, but don't expect it to be fantastic. This place is busy for a reason. The food is good. Real traditional Chinese food that I have not eaten before. Enjoyed my meal here. When it gets busy the service is slow or even forgotten.
