Please don’t park here if you are not the hotel guest. The parking rate is RM4 for first hour and RM3 subsequent hours. One card no longer can be used here. Used to park here same rate as shopping center rate but now they charged hotel rate

Using Google Maps, i successfully navigated myself from 1Utama to First Avenue on foot for the first time... pretty cool experience. The building itself is connected to 1Utama - less than 10 mins walk.

Lousy parking management. Nowadays we cannot cross to another zone for parking. We pay the parking fee and we can enter the building parking levels but why we cannot cross to other zone which is more convenient for us?

For parking, please REMOVE the word GREEN altogether and stick to just Hybrid so that other green vehicle owners are not confused. Surely there are budgets for this change of wording judging from the parking fees and penalty collections. Thank you.

Great building which connects to One Utama mall, recently just upgraded their parking system via scan plate numbers. Security Guard are friendly and supportive. Easy to go one utama by parking here.
