Bad experience when driving at the lobby, there are ample space to wait for pickup or go to the RHB branch, but some unknown valet company says all spaces are valet only and chased everyone away. Is this area run by hooligans?

It is an office building. You have a bank here and it is actually connected to 1 Utama shopping mall on the 2nd floor. It is cheaper to park at I Utama and walk over to the office building. You can also walk to the shooping center to have your meal too.
