I asked them to do the customize sugar level and ice level, but they did not follow and instead they got a jar of prepared drink and put a full Cup of ice and the holding was ruined

The drink is so so. Hope they improve the taste of it. Got earl grey tea and expect the tea taste to be strong but unfortunately, can't really taste it.

S Tier . 9/10. Amazing delicious biscoff and good standard brown sugar drink. The staff is kind and helpful. The balls was delicious. Really just wish you could remove the ice from the drink. Thats my only issue. A bit pricey but low-key …

ask for no topping and they cashier still trying to charge me normal price until I reminded her no topping should deduct rm1.5
