Walked in to get a clear non-sticky lip gloss. Both Mac staff were very helpful & service was good. Was personally attended to by Ms Chris who helped me decide what wld be the best lip gloss for me. Wld always come back to Mac One Utama for sure. Txs.

I had a wonderful experience with the staff here, especially Karyen :) I’m quite new to makeup so I was more reluctant to come in. She was very friendly and did not mind helping me try out new colours until I found the suitable one. All the staff are very friendly and patient. Had a wonderful experience!

This is probably the ONLY makeup store that I'll be going to moving forward. MAC is still the OG in the makeup pyramid due to their high quality products making you look a million dollars. The lip and blush colours are so universal. And 1 Utama branch has the best staff ever - they are so friendly and accommodating (and really pretty too) unlike its competitor retailer next door where there are rude, condescending, proud staff and uncontrollable immature crowd who destroyed testers on a daily basis, sorry to say! 😭😂 Got 30% off during Black Friday - so much more worth it! Keep up the cleanliness of the store and stay classy, MAC 😊
