I just want to compliment Karyen from MAC One Utama for her outstanding service. She was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive, and never made me feel rushed. Her attitude was a breath of fresh air compared to other experiences I’ve had from her other colleague whom I shall not name as that person’s negative attitude already been mentioned by others down here.
