I sent my iPhone for battery service diagnosis in December 2025 and placed an order for the replacement battery. I was then given a second appointment today for the battery replacement. I was truly impressed by how fast and efficient the process was. I sent my phone in at 11:00 am and received email at 1:00 pm informing me that it was ready for collection. Both visits were very pleasant experiences. Even though the staff were busy, they remained friendly, patient, and willing to help. Excellent service overall. Thumbs up to all the staffs at Machines Mid Valley!
