I am extremely dissatisfied with the service received. The server's demeanor was unprofessional and unacceptable; if they are unwilling to perform their duties adequately, they should seek alternative employment. While the coffee was acceptable, it was overpriced, and the croissants were dry and lacked the requested butter. Furthermore, the cafe unsanitary condition raised serious concerns about food hygiene standards, and we went to the toilet after a couple of hours. The server's dismissive response to our request for butter was compounded by the management's failure to respond to our email detailing these hygiene concerns and our overall negative experience. This lack of response is indicative of a systemic issue with customer service and management responsiveness. I am profoundly disappointed and frustrated by this experience. Disgusting behaviour service.
