Like many other reviewers, I’ve experienced poor customer service via WhatsApp. I purchased a toddler class package and attempted to book a class, but received no further response. They’ve taken my payment, and I’m now waiting for the cancellation to be approved, as they have not been responsive.

I ordered New Mum pregnancy gift set and paid shipping fee on 04 Oct, after one week there was still no progress at all, no update on shipping status, no email received, no tracking number etc, even I called the hotline also nobody pick up, so my payment fee was absorbed without really want to ship to me ? A fraud?

Bad organizer for parentcraft workshop. Venue very hard to find and small to accommodate 100+ couple. Programs provided too brief and general. Cant learn much. waste of time. There are plenty better parentcraft workshop out there.

Super lousy e-commerce platform that I have ever seen. Order placed on 20-Feb-25 and still not shipped out after 4 days. Call to customer service number no answer, sent WhatsApp messages, messages read but no reply also. Will never buy from this website again.
