Courteous staff but hassle with taking lift. You need to report to the guard before going up. There aren't any notice visible to new guests about this ruling. Had to go up and return to get access to the floor I wanted to go. Without the guard access, you will not be able to exit to the intended floor.

Friendly front desk staffs. Take a number upon entry. Parking at Gurney Paragon and walk out to Hunza Building, next door. Will need the security guard to tap elevator floor number for visitors.

I've received a good service of car insurance NCD withdrawal from Johnson Tan. He reacted to my request swiftly with good follow up. I would like to thank him for the help and patience for guiding me through the entire process. Well done!

A lady spoke to me in lousy lazy broken English, and everything I asked she answered 'I don't know', I wonder why she even work there. Bad customer service.

Worst insurance company ever. No follow up status, need to call them every time. They wont call you and update automatically. Staff on leave, asked me to call office, office asked to call back the staff again when they return. ??? Seriously i doubt whether they want to do business.
