Call their hotline but been told pls call again next day during the office hour. Their hotline operating hours is from Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm only.. Too bad.

Bad behaviour staff! Just now call to ask about NCD but she reply with high volume and argue that i am the one not understanding rather than solving the problem! Either we are customer or your agent, please behave! I Wont advise my customer take this agent!

I had a terrible experience today. Dude to some stupid bank in problem need to settle . I called hotline but can't connect. I even come through door closed branch. Finally I dail the general line , and told by computer that today (31 Dec)is public holiday. Wow , this is the first time I found out 31 Dec is public holiday in Malaysia.
