Very very slow service and lazy counter officers. Waited 30mins for 5 pax in front just for a normal withdrawal. The worst public bank that I ever been.

Super-slow counter staff in this branch. There are not many people in the bank but yet the service is extremely slow. Staff rather chat and joke with each other. There were no other customer numbers at the special care link counter, but had to wait 45 minutes before my number was called.
