Incorrect information given by staff that affected the rates of my FD for 3 months. Nevermind that, they called to inform me of a 1 day exclusive FD but failed to informed that it will forfeit the current interest, good thing I was vigilant to ask. At the end I withdrew all my savings and went to Maybank where they value customer more.

Been a customer for almost 20 years. Customer service from bad to worst. Wanted to remit some money to my relative in Australia and was asked to provide birth certificate to proof relationship. Speechless. Will definitely report this issue to Bank Negara
