Went to replace my expired Touch & Go card. It's a breeze of experience. Not much crowd. I was attended to the moment I arrived there and took a Q ticket. New card costs Rm10. The balance from the expired card was transferred to the new card minus the cost for the new card. Just took 1 min to get it done by the lady at the counter.

Came here to cancel my lost Touch n Go card. Lucky there’s only few people so it’s very fast. The balance amount of my old card will be refunded into my ewallet later. Now I have to purchase a new card. Staff Hema is very friendly, helpful. She help to link my new card to my EWallet app.

Very disappointed with Touch ‘n Go and MRT service. My card was suddenly blocked for no reason while my MY50 pass was still valid. The customer service only asked me to buy a new card and apply for a refund that takes more than 2 weeks! Doesn't tell why the card is blocked. There should be a proper way to reactivate a blocked card instead of making users repurchase RM 10 for new card and lose their balance or travel pass. This is really inconvenient for daily commuters. Please fix your system and improve your support response customers shouldn’t have to pay for your system’s mistakes.
