The only walk-in hub for Touch n Go cards in KL, I think. They only sell or deal with the NFC TnG card. If you want to do anything about your TnG wallet, you need to go to the Bangsar South office. So this outlet at Nu Sentral only sells or rectifies the TnG cards. And there's always a crowd here, so you need to take a number.

As a TnGo fans i would like say Mr Faeez staff in TnGo Nu Sentral provided wonderful service and support throughout my journey purchase the product. He deserve a recognition as he guide me on how to use and full feature of the product. Im happy and proud to see a dedicated staff like him.

I was served by the customer service officer at the Nu Sentral Touch ’n Go counter (Counter No. 5, 28 Jan 2026, 1138 am). He provided excellent service—friendly, helpful, and courteous throughout. Compliments to him and the entire counter team. Their service performance deserves recognition.
