This branch of Zara is large with ladies, men's and kids sections. There are lots of fashion choices and we found their fragrances quite nice too. Items on offer are reasonably priced.

This has been the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had with Zara. I purchased at Zara Sunway. Your system claims my order was “delivered/collected,” yet when I went to the Zara 1 Utama store not once, but TWICE the staff said the item has still not arrived. It has been more than a month. How is this even possible? I’m honestly shocked at how a big brand can have such a messy, contradictory system. Online tells me one thing, the store tells me another, and I’m left wasting my time, petrol, and patience going back and forth with zero answers. No follow-up, no accountability, no solution just “not our problem” attitude from both sides. If you can’t even track a single item, why are you selling limited collections that customers can’t return or cancel? This whole situation is beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. Zara seriously needs to fix their customer service before more customers go through this nonsense.

Went there 12/3 around 9pm ask for help with a Malay chubby staff the one not wearing tudung 1 her attitude make me so uncomfortable and that's rude. I show her the pictures that I wanted to get , and she scan me from head to toe and told me " this cutting is a small cutting and only left s and m size ". But the dress I try in another branch I can fit.Just because the one that I try was not perfect so that I come another branch and try. After I say ok I want to try m size she said you wait for 10mins and go counter and get. Really feel disappointed .When I pay cashier staff is totally different very good service

Very conducive shopping environment. The women's only section occupies 2 retail lots while the men's occupies only 1. The aisles are very spacious and easy to navigate around even during peak hours . Pricing is expensive though .
