It’s very hard to find a cashier to make payment at this outlet. This is the third time I’ve purchased here, and there’s still no staff at the cashier counter. If Zara is short of staff, maybe you could place a bell at the cashier counter so customers can press it to call a cashier, instead of struggling to find someone to assist with payment. Makes sense, right? Hope the management sees this message.

Today I went to the Zara and one stuff who responsible for fitting room , short and short hair, has a very terrible attitude to me, I noticed her clothes without name and any identification so I guess she is a temporary staff. I had a bad experience with Zara today.
